This Privacy Policy describes how Shorts Factory handles information when using Google and YouTube APIs. Shorts Factory is a private automation tool operated for an operator-controlled YouTube channel.

Information accessed

When the operator authorizes the application, Shorts Factory may access:

• basic YouTube channel information used to identify and confirm the authorized channel;
• authorization credentials and OAuth tokens required to maintain the authorized connection;
• permissions required to upload videos to the authorized YouTube channel.

How information is used

The information is used only to authenticate the operator, confirm the intended YouTube channel, and perform authorized upload and channel workflow operations. It is not used for advertising or user profiling.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and operational data are stored on systems controlled by the operator and are not intentionally made public. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to these credentials.

Sharing and sale of data

Shorts Factory does not sell Google user data and does not share Google user data with third parties, except where technically necessary for the application to communicate with Google and YouTube services or where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Authorization credentials are retained only while they are needed for the authorized workflow. The operator may revoke the application's Google account access at any time through Google Account permissions. Local authorization credentials may also be deleted from the operator-controlled system.

Google API Services

Shorts Factory's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
